Introduction
A brief introduction to myself: my name is Aurora Bliekendaal, and I am 22 years old. I am currently studying at the Hotel Management school NHL Stenden in Leeuwarden. I have a passion for the hospitality and event industries, and I already have a great background in these areas. Right now I work at Beachclub Paal17, and in their fine dining restaurant, the 'Eerste etage.' We also have various events on the beach, where I love to work at. For the past 3 years, I've been studying hospitality at the Hotel Management School, and I'd love to broaden my experience to the event management industry. With the end goal of getting my bachelor's degree at NHL Stenden and becoming a great event manager after that.
Here I will present two document that show another insight in my life. First we have my Wine Vignette level 1. I put this certificate to use by helping/ working for my uncle who has a wine company. With his company 'Friulvin' he organizes many events like wine tasting, workshops, or caterings. I can help on these different wine-related events by the use of my passion for event management and my knowlegde of wines with my wine vignette.
